During office hours you can contact the Accommodation Placement Service on (021) 492 4248 or call to the office at the junction of Anderson's Street and Lower Oliver Plunkett Street between the hours of  10:00 - 12:00 and 14:00 - 16:00 Monday to Friday.

If you observe somebody sleeping rough, you should also contact the Cork Simon Outreach Team at (021) 427 8728.

Homeless Services

The South West Regional Action Plan for homeless services sets out a multi agency approach which is seen to be both practical and beneficial to those in need of the services. The Strategy outlines the plans for the five years to ensure that the level of services provided are adequate to meet the needs of the homeless in the South West Region.

Guide to Homeless Emergency Services in Cork

The Cork City Homeless Forum has produced a guide to homeless emergency services for over 18’s in Cork. This extensive guide details the full range of emergency accommodation available for homeless persons within Cork City, sets out where persons can obtain information on housing, how to access supplementary welfare allowance scheme, as well as the health services available to homeless persons.
