It is the duty of all owners of the waste to ensure the correct disposal of their waste.

This Protocol sets outs arrangements to facilitate authorisation for placement of meeting or event notices on Cork City Council.

Litter Fines

Offences under the Litter Pollution Act 1997 are subject to an on-the-spot fine of €150 or a maximum fine of €3,000 in court.

Dog Fouling

Dog owners must remove their pets' waste from public places and dispose of it in a proper manner.
