This page allows customers to submit service requests that will be assessed and actioned by the Customer Care team .
A Code of Conduct has been established for members of the public who use the facilities and services provided by Cork City Council

The Complaints and Appeal System has been introduced to assist customers who feel that they have been treated unfairly and not in accordance with the standards of Customer Care outlined in our Customer Charter
